Rental rates and fees vary according to the type of event, number of event participants, the impact to the facility, and the duration of your event. Any rental which requires us to be closed for business will be considered a 24 hour full day rental.

Sufficient space must be booked to accommodate the guest who will be attending event. Additional rooms must be booked in advance. No bodies should be in the hallway blocking any flow of traffic. Please bring enough staff to manage those who will be attending and to control crowds so as not to obstruct public areas and entrances.

Tables are available to rent; please let us know what you will require at the time of booking.

All rentals require a deposit in order to hold space. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival. We accept cash, cashier’s check or charge. (Visa, Discover MasterCard, and American Express accepted. To receive a quote for your event, please complete the Rental Request Form below and click submit rental quote. After your request is received, you will be contacted by one of our staff with confirmation of your requested dates and a quote for the total rental charges. You will also receive a rental agreement for your execution which can be filled out before hand or on site. Payment will be required in advance to reserve your space.
